Sorry....
It is with great sadness
that I have to announce that the Mattishall Parish
Council has stopped sending items to update these
pages. They have decided after 7 years of these pages
being completely at their disposal, free of charge,
to break their tie with the Mattishall Village site
and build their own.
Obviously this is not what I wanted
as I strongly believe that our village website should
show the village as a complete community. I urged
the council to reconsider but they rejected my request.
However I was assured by some councillors at a meeting
that there was no reason why the two sites could not
run in tandem. Sadly this has not come to fruition.
So I have decided to copy the information from their
site so our visitors can be kept up to-date with village
matters.
I would like to thank all those people
who support me.
