Bus Shelters - April
2009 Parish Council Minutes
Special projects group - Mrs Moore had previously updated
members with notes from a meeting held during March.
The main item was the siting of two new bus shelters
in the village, in particular one in Welgate. It was
agreed that as the bus shelter in Welgate needed to
match the one opposite the Council would need to purchase
it from Bus Shelters Ltd. This was proposed by Mrs Moore
and seconded by Mr Eady. The Clerk will organise purchase.
The Clerk was also asked to organise for the completed
CRB forms to be checked and processed. Other topics
discussed were allotments, crime prevention day (post-poned)
and school travel plans. |

2009 Parish Council Minutes
Update – Mr Norton gave a brief update. The
Trustees have met with 13 organisations to investigate
potential future users of the community building.
The Trustees would like to work with the Parish Council
to discuss the recruitment of new Trustees.
