The art group was formed in 1988 and after several years, the numbers had dwindled so crafts were included and consequently, our first "crafty" lady joined.

Since then, all sorts of crafts are in action on a Wednesday afternoon, bead-work, cross-stitch, lace, tapestry, embroidery, card-making, even knitting! Not forgetting those who paint or use pastels.

We don not have any formal teaching but if anyone would like to learn something, there is always help at hand.

It is a very social group, we enjoy a good chat, helped down with a cup of tea and biscuits.

We meet in the Memorial Hall, every Wednesday from 2 pm until 4 pm.

No joining fee, just £2 Admission
